We’re continuously expanding to create more opportunities for our vendor community.

Some co-produced events may be ticketed depending on the venue or partner.
For vendor fee information, see the Fees & Set-Up section

Are your events pet-friendly?
Our outdoor events are pet-friendly.
For indoor events, we follow each venue’s policies, which will be shared in advance.
Is there anything first-time vendors should know?
e recommend applying early, as some categories fill up quickly, and submitting payment promptly to secure your spot once accepted.
Please read all event emails and the prep guide thoroughly, and communicate any questions or concerns in advance.
For the event itself, come prepared with clear signage, payment options, tent weights (mandatory for outdoor events), and enough inventory for a full-day market.
Our events are highly community-oriented, and vendors who engage warmly with attendees tend to have the best experience.
Are your events rain or shine?
Yes—all of our events take place rain or shine.
What is your refund policy?
Vendor fees are refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that, all vendor fees are non-refundable. Please note that our events are hosted rain or shine.
What are the typical event hours?
Makers Manifest, our outdoor curated market series in NYC, is typically open to the public from 10am–6pm, rain or shine.
Nyack Arts & Crafts Walk events are generally held from 11am–5pm, and Nyack September Fall Fest runs from 10am–5pm.
Please note that schedules may vary slightly by event and venue. The most current logistics and timing details are always communicated directly to accepted vendors, including the Load In and Load Out schedule
