Frequently asked questions
How do I become a vendor?
First, you must apply through our application form (see our Calendar page). Vendor fees vary by event and are listed in the application form.
Our markets are curated to ensure a balanced and high-quality vendor mix. Acceptance depends on spot availability per category and our assessment of whether your brand is a strong fit for our market mix.
After acceptance, all vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance. Food and liquor vendors may have additional permit requirements specific to their category.
What happens after I apply?
Please allow 1–3 weeks to hear back. If accepted, you’ll need to complete the following:
Payment of vendor fee
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Signed Terms & Conditions
Do you limit vendor capacity per categories?
Yes. To maintain variety, we cap certain categories (such as jewelry or candles). We recommend applying early.
Will I be able to update my application and/or invoice if I make changes?
Existing vendors are welcome to apply for additional events throughout the season.
In some cases, we can add events to your existing profile without requiring a full reapplication.
If you need to add or remove events, update your information, or make adjustments to your invoice, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate the changes.
Is a New York Certificate of Authority required?
Requirements may vary depending on the event and venue. Please email us regarding the specific event you’re interested in, and we’ll let you know if a New York Certificate of Authority is required.
Can service providers or larger brands participate?
Yes. We offer sponsorship packages for brands and organizations looking to connect with our audience. Opportunities may include:
On-site activations
Booth space
Sponsored digital campaigns
